How can one prepare healthy and good recipes for breakfast?


I am a mother of a teenager son, and I am really perturbed about his eating habits. I have told him several times that healthy eating habits would benefit him in the long run, and he has somehow managed to quit junk food for his breakfast at least. Therefore, I want to know about some healthy and good recipes for breakfast, which doesn’t deprive him of taste, and is healthy enough to meet his nutrition requirements. Can somebody please assist me with some such recipes? I would be thankful for an early response!

I think that you can make pork chop for breakfast. I love to have pork chops. Especially made in crock pot. It gives it different taste which I guess makes it more tempting. Here is the recipe for pork chops made in crock poy which you can try on grandparents day. It goes like this. The ingredients required are pork meat, quarter cup of flour, salt,garlic, black pepper, bay leaf, paprika, onion, pork broth, 4 potatoes, 5carrots, stalk celery and worcestshire sauce. Now to make it you have to do the following. Put the pork meat in the crockpot. Now in a medium bowl mix together salt, pepper and the flour. Now pour it over the pork meat and the coat the meat with the flour mixture. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover the crockpot and then cook on low heating for another twelve hours. You can also cook on high heating for 5 hours but the slow heating will make it really delicious rather than the high heat. And the recipe is ready. Hope your family likes it.
