Once I am done heating the heavy skillet with about four tablespoons of oil and heat it to a very hot over medium high heat, do you suggest that I brown the lamb and roast it by searing it from outside obviously in the hot oil? How should I proceed from here? What do you suggest? I intend to make the roast lamb recipe for the new year’s so will you help me perfect the recipe and make it a delightful experience for my guests?
