Banana nut with oats cereal recipe
Here goes a very healthy ,delicious break fast recipe for your loving sister, and i hope your sister will like it:-
Ingredients: -
Skim milk:-½ cup, Water:-½ cup, Banana:-1 sliced, Rolled oats:-2 cup,
Oat bran:-1 tablespoon, Salt:-1 pinch, Ground cinnamon: - 1 pinch,
Quinoa: - 1 and half tablespoon, Chopped walnuts: - 2 table spoon,
Vanilla extract:-1/2 teaspoon, brown sugar:-2 teaspoon.
Method:-
1- Now stir the water, milk, and quinoa together in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
2- Then reduce heat to low and simmer 6 minutes, or until the quinoa begins to soften and stir in the banana, rolled oats, oat bran, salt, and cinnamon, and cook, stirring frequently over low heat for 3 to 6 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
3- Then remove from the heat and stir in the walnuts, brown sugar, and vanilla.Serve hot.
