I am so puzzled about the indian recipe ‘dal keema’, will you please help me out with it?

I have no idea what keema is but I do want to make dal keema the indian recipe I have heard about which further has some sort of the lentil recipes. But my problem is that I don’t know how should I go about it. Where do I get the keema and lentils and what not indian stuff required in it? I am so puzzled about the whole recipe, will you please help me out with the whole recipe right from the scratch literally? I will be desperately looking forward to your responses. I have something like a knack to make the indian food/cuisine, but I am starting to dabble I guess. Kindly help.
