Want to know some quick recipes which I can make early in the morning?

The last time I went out, I fell ill and now that the winter is coming up I would like to learn pack some food for myself when I go out. I am rushing for the outing early morning and I want to know about some quick recipes which I can make in minimum time. I want to know which recipe would stay for long without re-heating. How many days would I need to consume it in? The recipe with ingredients like honey and oats will be preferred!

    Honey and Oatmeal Cookies Ingredients 150 gr. of flour, 50 gr. rolled oats fine 50 gr. brown sugar, 100 gr. type of butter cream, 100 gr. honey Recipe for 4 users Place dry ingredients in bowl , make a hole in the center and add the butter with honey. Gather the ingredients into a bun, crush and pass it to a floured tray, book in the refrigerator until it takes consistency to be kneaded, I take half an hour or a little more. Once restful retreat from the refrigerator, stretch as 1 cm. thick and with a spatula or knifelong, take off the mass of the counter. Now we cut our cookies with sharply chosen. I use a sharp round of about 5 cm. in diameter. The spaced settled on a clean plate and we cook in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Remember that having a lot faster honey browns so eye!! Once ready and golden brown, carefully remove the plate and let cool on wire rack. Oat and honey cookies 2 Ingredients: 100 g soft butter 2 cups oats 6 tablespoons of honey 1 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 1 / 2 cup self-rising flour 2 eggs How to prepare: Mix butter in a bowl with the oats, flour and sugar. Add honey and eggs. Stir until preparation. Grease and flour a baking sheet and to place spoonfuls of the preparation. Leave space between each masita so that cooking does not stick. Bake in moderate to heavy oven until golden and crispy.
