It is unrealistic and undesirable to hastily change diet plans, no matter what the advantages. You should eat to suit your mental and emotional temperament to extract the best physiological benefits from food. A balanced diet by combining natural and cooked food is the best option. However, raw food recipes work more like a detox plan to cleanse the body of toxins and antibodies. There is a vast collection of smoothies, soups, wraps and desserts that can be taken even if you are not into salad too much. In soups the mango gazpacho, corn chowder or carrot soups are perfect for wholesome food options. The corn chowder is made by blending corn kernels with almond milk. To make carrot soup mix 2 glassfuls of carrot juice, with one whole carrot and a butternut squash and blend well. To make the mango gazpacho blend well 2 red bell pepper with quarter piece cucumber, one tomato, one spoon tahini paste, sea salt as required, one full ripened mango slices, few drops of lemon juice and one sprig of spearmint.
For desserts and smoothies the combinations and options are plenty. For example combine grapes, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, incan berries, dates, fresh figs, peaches, bananas or whatever else you fancy and add some chocolate sauce or/and vanilla creme as desired. You can also try out sushi, a Japanese raw fish preparation, and also a gourmet's delight. It is very nutritious, filling and tasty too.
You can also opt for pasta salads with assorted pasta, vegetables, fruits like pear, apples, chick-peas that are soaked overnight, pineapples, sprouts, melon and grapes, lemon juice, pine nuts, rosemary, salt, and sauce of your choice. This is both wholesome and healthy and can be served as supper. These foods are all very fibrous, rich in vitamin, minerals and micro-nutrients.
