Can raw food recipes be tastefully healthy?


One of my friends just can't stop raving about her diet plan these days. She followed some raw food diet plan, and not to mention, but she looks fabulous! I have never really tried raw food recipes until now; however, they seem to have grabbed my attention, so I would like to know about these recipes. I want to know if raw food recipes taste good by any chance, and its not all about salads, because I can't eat salad all the time? I would be really grateful to you for an early response. Thanks.

Raw food is not all about eating salads. It is much more. Raw food diet has many advantages, starting from weight loss measure to beautiful skin and mind, to easy digestion and bowel moment to less calories consumption and the list goes on.
