Where can I get recipes for chicken in magazines?

My son is turning five this year and he is an avid lover of baked chicken recipes. I can cook quite well, but it is really difficult for me to prepare a new recipe every weekend. I would really be grateful to you guys, if you can provide some information regarding few cookbooks or magazines which contain recipes for chicken. I would also like to know how can I prepare something tasteful with the leftovers chicken? Please suggest.

Plain chicken has been dressed up in a variety of different recipes with delicious spices and sauces. Serving can be done as chicken casseroles, fried chicken, chicken soup, chicken tenders etc.

You can try a new recipe for chicken breast in the ways directed below,

1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; On top of that add rosemary, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

2. In a roasting pan, need to place chicken with breast side up on a rack, tie the drumsticks together with cooking twine.

3. Spoon with half of the butter mixture over chicken.

4. Neatly arrange vegetables around chicken, drizzle remaining butter mixture over vegetables.

5. Need to basting every 30 minutes by covering and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours,

6. Then uncover, bake one hour longer or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees, basting occasionally.

7. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before carving.

Even those who do not love to eat chicken will definitely ask and love to eat this recipe more if served once. Especially serving with ice creams during dinner will fulfill them with fun.
