I really loved gorditos Mexican salsa, but now as I am living away from that place, I want to know how can I recreate the gorditos Mexican salsa recipe using roasted pepper conconation. As my knowledge about Mexican salsa is not very good, I can only make great chunky fresh tomato salsa. But as I really loved the Mexican salsa, I want to learn it and make it at home. Can anyone help by giving some recipe suggestions?
