What do you think about replacing all purpose flour with the bread flour in pumpkin bread recipe?

I want to make a pumpkin bread but as it takes too much of time I was thinking to replace the all purpose flour with the bread flour to reduce the cooking time. I am not too sure that I should go for this or not. I want to know will there be any change in the taste of the pumpkin bread if I will replace it with the bread flour? How much time will be reduced in the cooking time by doing this? It will be really helpful if any expert can give their views on this.
