What do you think about replacing all purpose flour with the bread flour in pumpkin bread recipe?

I want to make a pumpkin bread but as it takes too much of time I was thinking to replace the all purpose flour with the bread flour to reduce the cooking time. I am not too sure that I should go for this or not. I want to know will there be any change in the taste of the pumpkin bread if I will replace it with the bread flour? How much time will be reduced in the cooking time by doing this? It will be really helpful if any expert can give their views on this.

    Hey, I’d give you the recipe of the pumpkin chocolate chip bread. It is really yum to have.

    The ingredients of the recipe are as follows-

    Butter, softened- (1 cup),

    Egg- (3),

    Sugar- (2 cups),

    Flour- (3 cups),

    Cooked pumpkin- (2-1/4 cups),

    Chopped walnuts- (1/2 cup),

    Chocolate chips- (1/2 cup),

    Ground cloves- (1/2 teaspoon),

    Ground ginger- (1/2 teaspoon),

    Baking soda- (2 teaspoons),

    Ground nutmeg- (1 teaspoon),

    Ground cinnamon- (2 teaspoon),

    Pumpkin pie spice- (1 teaspoon).

    Glaze, heavy cream- (2 tablespoons),

    and confectioners’ sugar- (1 cup).

    Method-

    Take a large mixing bowl, and add cream butter. Gradually add sugar, eggs and pumpkin and Combine all dry ingredients walnut, nutmeg, cinnamon,ginger, ground cloves. Stir into creamed mixture and blend well and smoothly. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Now pour into a greased and floured 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Preheat the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until loaf forms a shape. Cool on a wire rack. and combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bread. Now, it is ready to consume.
