What do you think about replacing all purpose flour with the bread flour in quick bread recipe?

I want to make a bread but as it takes too much of time I was thinking to replace the all purpose flour with the bread flour to reduce the cooking time. I am not too sure that I should go for this or not. I want to know will there be any change in the taste of the bread if I will replace it with the bread flour? How much time will be reduced in the cooking if I happen to adopt this modification? It will be really helpful if any expert can give their views on this. Thanks in advance.
