Which resource drinks do you think I can try that won’t make me feel sleepy and be heavy on my stomach?

I have not had boost resource drinks in the recent past. I once had the Fortisip and Fresubin. They were supposed to be like fruit juice,(Apple, Orange and melon) that type of juice. To be honest I hated them, they tasted nothing like a fruit juice and were very heavy on the tummy and after I drank one it would make me sleep. Which resource drinks do you think I can try that won’t make me feel sleepy and be heavy on my stomach?
