I am telling you ricotta cheese recipe for lasagna. Bring one large pot of the lightly salted water to the boil. Cook your lasagna noodles in the boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain your noodles, and then just rinse with some cold water. In one of the mixing bowl, combine your ricotta cheese with the egg, remaining parsley, and then 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). To just assemble, spread 1/2 cups of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over the meat sauce. Spread it with one half of your ricotta cheese mixture. Top it with the third of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1/2 cups of meat sauce over the mozzarella, and then sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, and then top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover it with foil: to just prevent the sticking, either the spray foil with cooking spray, or then make sure the foil does not just touch the cheese. Bake it in preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil, and then bake one additional 25 minutes. Cool it for about 15 minutes before serving.
