Are there any salad recipes for kids?

I usually prepare salads for myself, but I mostly use a lot of vegetables in it, and some cheese to add taste to it. Nonetheless, I have learnt from a friend that salads are equally important for kids! My 8 year old is a young brat who doesn’t like the ‘smell’ of a salad! I want to know if there are any salad recipes for kids, which they could relish, and would not run away from it! I would really appreciate if somebody can also share some reliable websites offering such simple salad recipes. Thanks!

You can opt for the following recipe.

It is enriched with vitamin C, iron, pectin which helps reduce cholesterol levels and it even has anti-inflammatory qualities. Procedure: In 2 quart bowls combine fruits except whole berries and then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled at least for 2 hours. To serve : Into each of sundae glasses, spoon 2 Tablespoons whipped topping and top each portion with 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture. Top each portion of fruit with 1 Tablespoon whipped topping and also with remaining fruit mixture. Spoon 1 Tablespoon whipped topping onto each portion of fruit.
