I am going to tell you a very healthy whole wheat Pizza in Italian style which you can cook at home to impress people in kitty parties. The first step is to combine the water, the yeast, honey and a cup of whole wheat flour in a very large bowl. Beat it 100 times until the mixture is smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add liitle salt, oil, Cheddar cheese, pepper, some caraway seeds, garlic powder and 1 to 1/4 or 1 to 1/2 ups whole wheat flour. Mix it well and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Pat out the dough into a baking sheet for 1 large pizza or divide the dough in half piece and then make two medium-size pizzas. Top with the pizza sauce, oregano, vegetables and with mozzarella. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove it from the oven and serve hot.
