Can you share with me the cooking recipes rather than its videos?

I want to cook something very special for my grandparents this weekend and am searching for something that will be extremely delicious for them because most of the time they are on their cup full of medicines. And along with this the dishes shouldn’t affect their health too. If you are an expert at cooking then please share with me such recipes that will be apt for my situation and needs? But I would like to request that please share with me the cooking recipes elaborately rather than its videos. Will you do that? I will really appreciate it?

I am going to tell you Banana-Raisin French Toast.

  1. Mash the banana coarsely with the help of a fork in a small, shallow bowl. Stir it in orange juice concentrate. Spread your banana mixture over 2 slices of bread and top it with the remaining 2 slices of bread, forming 2 sandwiches.
  2. Whisk together with egg whites and the milk in a shallow dish; add the sandwiches and then soak for about 20 seconds. Turn the sandwiches over and soak for about 20 seconds longer. Transfer your sandwiches to a plate.
  3. Stir together the yogurt and maple the syrup (or honey) in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Melt 1/2 teaspoon butter in a totally nonstick skillet over low heat. Tilt the pan to swirl the butter around the skillet. Place the sandwiches in a pan using a metal spatula, and cook it until the underside is browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Lift the sandwiches and then add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of butter. Turn over and cook it until browned, 5 to 7 minutes longer. Serve it with the sweetened yogurt.
