Papaya has natural enzymes like papain, so it is beneficial for digestion. Good digestion gives good immune system, so your body can protect you from cold viruses. Papaya is full of anti oxidants, folate, Vitamin-B. Papaya also protects against colon cancer and promote cardio vascular health. It prevents nausea. Papaya seeds are helpful for getting rid of worms. Papaya lowers cholesterol level. It is good for your skin also because it has vitamin A and E.
Papaya soup: Add diced papaya, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers and ginger together and boil. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Here is some recipes of soups:
1. Lentil soup: Add all the different lentils you like. Put some tomato and cilantro for flavor. Don't forget to add some fresh pepper and butter.
2. Asparagus soup: Chopped asparagus, onions, vegetable stock, low fat milk and olive oil. At the end add some Parsley.
3. Bean and Pasta: Baked beans, onions, garlic, tomato and macaroni. Add some parmesan cheese and oregano.
4. Ginger chicken: Chopped onion, ginger, diced chicken, chicken stock, pepper, bell pepper. Add Cilantro for garnishing.
You can add papaya with all recipes. It will also make the soup dense and try to avoid cornflour.
