Hey I must say that your choice to go for seafood cuisine is really good. Seafood is one of the French cuisine’s more elegant offerings. Fish and shellfish present a matchlessly delicate texture with an exquisite fresh flavor. Good quality fresh fish provides a delicious backdrop for number of seasonings or sauces ranging from light and mild to rich and spicy. One of the recipe that I would like to share with you is Fish with Toasted Pecan Butter Sauce Recipe.
The ingredients are-
2 tablespoon butter, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon chopped yellow onions, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, fried fish, 1 cup milk, an egg lightly beaten up.
To make sauce:
Blend butter, 1 cup toasted pecans, lemon juice, onions, garlic, and hot pepper sauce in food processor until it is smooth. The sauce will be ready when it is completely smooth and has thickened a bit. Set the sauce aside at room temperature and start cooking the fish.
To fry fish:
Heat oil in a deep skillet .Mix the sauce, egg and milk together. Stir together flour and Cajun seasoning. Pat fish fillets dry and dredge them first in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.
Fry the fillets and it is done when it is deep golden brown and flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve the fish hot and garnish with toasted pecan butter sauce and toasted pecans.
