Can anyone share a healthy recipe for bread which can be made using olive oil and lots of herbs?


As I am always in hurry I want to know some recipes for bread which I can cook in less then 10 minutes so that every time I leave home I am not empty stomach as it is causing me great health problems. I want to know how I can make bread recipe using olive oil and some herbs as I think these two things are really good for health and awesome to start your day with. I want to know this recipe so that I can manage my time and health well so a little help from your side will be great for me.

Hello, I'm a mother of two and I know various recipes of bread and herbs cooked in olive oil, but you've mentioned that you need a recipe that can be cooked within 10 minutes so I'm going to tell you about a recipe that you can cook within that time span. Its just that whatever time you'll take, is collecting the ingredients, it is so simple of a recipe. The ingredients that you'll need to prepare this recipe are:

  1. Slices of bread
  2. 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 peeled garlic cloves
  4. 1 large ripe tomato
  5. 2 tbsp herbes de provence

First of all, light a grill and brush both the sides of bread slice with olive oil. Grill the bread over a moderately hot fire for about 1 minute per side. Next you need to rub the hot toasts with the garlic, then the tomato. Lastly, sprinkle the toasts with herbes de provence and enjoy your meal. I hope, now you don't have to leave your place empty stomach.
