Which simple recipes for cookies are the best for me?

I am a 30yr old, male. I am searching for the simple recipes for cookies but that are extremely healthy, that has the right balance of magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, chloride and phosphate. It should regulate the fluid balance and it should help to maintain the acid-alkaline balance. Can some granola cookies be made to serve the purpose, how? I require something that particularly helps carry electrical currents that facilitates the control of hormone and neurotransmitter secretion necessary for nerve and muscle function. Will you please help me out?
