California Boll: Single-platter serve

bollSarah finds it tough to cook after returning home from work. Well, that’s the tale of every working woman. So, the solution is to cook something fast, really very simple and definitely healthy.
Sarah J. Gim opts for a pot-pourri, which she has picked from the Far-east, and it is called the California Boll.
Sushi or leftover rice occupies the center of the plate. But Sushi is preferred for that sweet and sour taste, this is surrounded by sliced avocados and krabs, and garnished with Nori. Sarah substitutes real Crabs with vegan Krabs as shelling this seafood doesn’t comply with the ‘fast food’ principle of the working women.
Californian Boll being a pot pourri provides all the nutrition in a single dish. Thanks Sarah vegetables and grains can now be an easy mix and match with the roll in Californian Boll.
