Is it possible to slow cook the recipes for shrimp without melting the shrimps excessively, how?

I would just love to utilize my crock-pot more and make some healthy vegetable recipes, but I don’t know why I just can’t find anything that is not a pot roast or beef stew to make. Can you advice something new? I am wondering whether the shrimps can be made in a crock-pot, what do you think? Is it possible to slow cook the recipes for shrimp without melting the shrimps excessively? Can you show me how it can be done? Please mention all the ingredients I will need and the please put down the steps detailed but in an elaborate manner.

    Shrimp recipeIngredients1/2 lemon1/2 onion1-1/2 tsp salt2 lb large raw shrimp1/2 cup lime juice2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp hot pepper sauce2 avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander1/4 cup minced red onion8 sprigs corianderPreparationTake a saucepan of water and squeeze juice from lemon bin it. Add onion and 1 tsp of the salt and bring to boil.Peel and remove prawns, cut it lengthwise. Add it in the saucepan and then cook till it turns pink and firm. It will take you around 2 to 3 minutes. Drain, throwing away lemon and onion and let it cool and cut into pieces small enough to be eaten in one bite.Take a large bowl and put it on the cooking slab. Now, whip together hot pepper, lime juice, oil, sauce and remaining salt in the bowl. Add prawn, avocados, tomatoes, chopped coriander and red onion in the mixture.
