Which simple recipes for dinner are the best for me?

I am a 30yr old male. I am searching for the simple recipes for dinner that has the right balance of magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, chloride and phosphate. It should regulate the fluid balance and it should help to maintain the acid-alkaline balance. I require something that particularly helps carry electrical currents that facilitates the control of hormone and neurotransmitter secretion necessary for nerve and muscle function. Will you please help me out?

    1. Vegetarian Mushroom Chilli: 1 spoon olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 spoon fennel seeds, 1 spoon salt, 1/4 red pepper, 2 spoon chilli powder, 4 green sliced onion, 1 spoon herb mix, 1/2 cup red wine, 1 packet mushroom, 2 cans tomato juice, 3 cans beans, cheese and chopped parsley, black pepper In a hot pan add fennel seeds. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, chilli powder, italian seasoning and cook for 2 minutes. Add red and black pepper, fennel and sea salt. And then put mushroom and wine. Then put beans and tomatoes in it for 15 minutes and then garnish with mozzarella cheese and parsley. 2. Thai fried rice and vegetables: 1 carrot sliced, 1 leek sliced, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup beans, 1 cooked brown rice, 1 cooked wild rice, 2 spoon grape seed, 2 cloves garlic, 1 lime juice and pulp, 1 spoon honey, 1/2 spoon hot sauce, 2 spoon peanut butter, 2 spoon fresh mint, 3 spoon peanuts, parsley, 1 lime, salt and ground pepper Mix boil and wild rice together. In a pan heat oil, add vegetables, garlic, rice and saute for 4 minutes. In a small bowl whisk lime juice, pulp, honey, hot sauce, peanut butter, mint, peanuts. Add sauce to vegetable and rice mixture. Garnish with lime wedges.
