Is starting with the romanian cuisine by romanian shrimp salads a good idea, can it be made in authentic way here in America, and how? I have been thinking of trying my taste buds with the romanian recipes from quite some time and to tell you frankly I have grown quite fond of the romanian ways and can't wait anymore. I have checked the net completely and have found out about the modern versions minus the ones I am seeking, will you help me with the authentic ones?

Yes starting with the spanish cuisine by spanish shrimp salad recipe is a good idea, and it can be made the authentic way here in America and I am telling you how. The ingredients are 1 lb 8 oz of medium cooked shrimp, shelled and then deveined1 tablespoon of capers, coarsely which should be chopped, 1 tablespoon of coarsely chopped of fresh flat loaf parsley, 1 green onion which should be chopped, 1 tablespoon of the red wine vinegar,1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Note down the procedure for this, which is as follows: Combine the shrimp, capers, parsley, green onion and some type of salt and pepper in one nonreactive bowl. Whisk together your red wine with the vinegar and the olive oil until it is well blended, then just pour over your shrimp mixture and then mix well. Cover it with plastic wrap and then refrigerate it for at least one hour, or up to three hours, then serve chilled.
