My stomach makes loud gurgling sounds after eating stir fry recipes. Is that normal?

My stomach makes loud gurgling sounds after eating stir fry recipes. Is that normal? I am a thirty year old woman. I am a house wife. Although, I am fine and fit at my goal weight, I do take in a lot of supple drinks. My body is taking in lots of macro, micro, and phyto-nutrients that haven’t been experienced before. Plus, if I am running around during the day the gurgling sounds increase. I do drink RVL along with milk and almond too. And I also drink a lot of water. But I don't know why my stomach makes really loud gurgling sounds. Is that normal? What should I do?

The gurgling sound usually happens when the liquid intake is more than solid food intake. If you regulate your liquid intake, the gurgling sound would naturally get reduced. Stomach produces natural acid to digest food, so when the liquid intake increases, then it results in gurgling sound. Just try to take only solid food for a day, the stomach acid would work well with solid food. But, this doesn't mean you should reduce your food supplement drink. Instead of taking them cold or at normal temperature, try to drink them hot, so that the gurgling sound would get reduced. Another reason could be that you are lactose intolerant and might have problem digesting milk. You may need to check whether you are lactose intolerant or not. If so, then milk could take very long time to digest or could cause some problems in the digestion. Additionally, I think you need to drink the right amount of water your body needs. Drinking too much of water has its own side effects. Just make sure you drink enough water that is needed by your body. Moreover, whenever you take food, try to take it hot or try to eat freshly cooked food, as cold and frozen foods could affect digestive system and this in turn could produce gurgling sound.
