Could you suggest some ideas for healthy food consumption for a 14yr old?

I want my kid take lunch from home. My kid is a 14 year old boy and he just binges on junk food almost every day and totally avoids healthy food consumption. I am extremely worried about his daily nutrition intake. Could someone suggest some tips on healthy lunch recipes for kids? I would really appreciate if you could provide recipes that are delicious along with being healthy.

This is matter of concern for every mother when the child doesn’t pay attention. You should keep in mind that a healthy diet for a 14 year old child depends on his gender, growth and age factor. Your child needs the basic nutrition which includes vitamins, minerals and healthy foods. You should completely avoid any special vitamin or mineral supplements until any special medical conditions demands for it. The number of daily calories for your child should be kept 2,200 to 3,200. With the growing age, the calorie count can be without unnecessary weight gain. A child also needs a healthy amount of fat to digest fat-soluble vitamins. Like A, K, E and D. you can try our creating your own spring rolls for your child. This is a healthy option that your child will surely love to have. The recipe for this is that- First, you need to heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas, then put the noodles, vegetables, and prawns in different bowls. Add to it, a bit of garlic and ginger, a tiny dash of soy and let them mix everything together. Then push the bowl aside and spoon the filling down one side of each. After that, roll them up neatly by folding both sides over the filling. Lift the spring rolls onto a baking tray, brush with a little more egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the rolls for 20-25 mins. When the spring rolls are golden and crisp, remove from the oven. Leave until cool enough to handle, cut into pieces. Your child will surely love the dish.
