How can I make some swedish cuisine cakes with bananas, green grapes and some strawberry cream cheese spread?

How can I make some swedish cuisine cakes with bananas, green grapes and some strawberry cream cheese spread? For the new year I am preparing to serve my mum some breakfast in his bed itself and surprise him. In this breakfast, I’m going to make a simple omelet and some fruit salad. Along with this I also intend to serve some fruits involving simple cakes or the cupcakes from the swedish cuisine. And I also want to use some apple juice, peaches, crushed pineapple, bananas, green grapes, marshmallows- the jumbo ones and some milk because these are her favorite. Will you please help me out? Looking forward to some awesome but some simple cake recipes from you guys?

Swedish cakes are famous all over the world. Given below is recipe of a swedish cake that takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to prepare. This cake is rich in fat content. Things needed to make it are:-

1. 7/2 cup of flour.

2. 3/2 tablespoon of baking powder and saly.

3. 3/2 tablespoon almond extract.

4. 3/2 tablespoon vanilla extract.

5. 3/2 cup raw sugar and heavy cream.

6. 1 cup smashed strawberry.

7. Nearly 100 grams of crushed grapes.

8. 1/2 cup cream cheese.

9. Some banana.

10. 3/2 tablespoon grand marnier.

Directions:-

Firstly, heat oven to about 150 degree. Put flour in baking powder, salt. In a bowl, mix eggs with all other flavourings. Then add sugar gradually along with flour mixture and cream cheese and keep stirring to keep it smooth. Pour the mixture into pan and bake it for nearly 45 minutes. Mix sugar and water in another small pan and heat until the whole of sugar is dissolved to prepare a syrupy liquid. Then cool it to room temperature. After the cake has baked, remove it from oven, cool it and thereafter brush the cake with the syrupy liquid. Add grand marnier and sugar and beat it fastly until it becomes smooth liquid. Fold it in mashed strawberries, grapes and spread the filing between the cake layers. Now the cake is ready to serve.
