Can somebody please help me with a few tips for healthy cooking?


We had a cook who prepared breakfast for my husband and me, however, lately I have realized that breakfast is a quiet essential part of our daily meal, and the amount of butter our cook used to add to our breakfast, made us feel lethargic at work. I have decided now, to prepare breakfast for us, and this is why I want to know about tips for healthy cooking. I really want to know what kind of healthy recipes can be prepared for breakfast, which gives us the required energy throughout the day! Can somebody please help me in this concern? Thanks.

6. Follow the right cooking methods- Choose right cooking methods like roasting, poaching or stir frying as frequent cooking methods. For meats you can follow open-flame grilling.

7. Oil- Oil can pack in number of diseases in your food. You can use oils like- olive or canola oil. While cooking drain off all visible fat.
