One of the favorites when it comes to cooking, stir-fries are often stated to be the wonders that is created when one tosses a few favorite ingredients into a thin vessel on a flame.  Stir-fries which can be done in minutes are the healthiest, simplest, quickest and fun way to bring on the table something that everyone’s going to just love! Stir fry 1: Pork and Mushroom

For this deliciously satisfying dish, place the pork in a bowl, add two tsps oil and stir it well to coat the same. Preheat a big frying pan or wok in high heat and stir fry the pork for two minutes till it turns brown and set it aside. Now add a tbsp oil to the same pan and stir fry garlic, onion and ginger for 1 min, add mixed mushroom and a little bit of water and stir fry for another two minutes till golden brown.  Now, stir in the pork with oyster sauce, bok choy, enoki mushrooms and cook for another min till the bok choy is crunchy but tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and your 5 min stir fry delicacy is ready to be served with rice

Stir Fry 2: Curried Pork Prawn and Veggie Singapore Noodles

Take a large bowl of boiling water and place 100gms rice vermicelli noodles inside and set aside till soft (Approximately 15 mins). In the meantime heat ½ tbsp of peanut oil in a large frying pan or wok in high heat and stir fry thinly sliced pork scotch fillet steak till browned.  Again heat ½ tbsp of peanut oil and stir fry onion for 2 mins, then adding garlic and capsicum stir frying for another 1min. Now add the noodles and 4 tsps of curry powder gently tossing to mix well.  Keep the pork aside and stir fry 200g of small cooked and peeled prawn along with soya sauce and bean sprouts. Stir fry for 2 mins and serve with coriander

Stir Fry 3: Instant Noodles

Take two packets of instant noodles sold in the market for boiling or microwaveable purposes.  Boil or prepare the same following instructions and drain. Heat peanut oil in a wok or large pan on high heat, add the noodles and stir well for 30 seconds or so. Add teriyaki sauce and mix well. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and serve this ‘stir fry in seconds’ dish instantly!
