What kind of non veg recipes can I add to a 12 year old's diet plan?


As my son is growing I think it is very essential to add more protein, minerals and vitamins in his diet. I was making a meal plan for him and I want to know that what all non veg food recipes are there that I should include in the plan? Which is the best non veg recipe which you think is very good for children of this age? Except egg and chicken which is the non vegetarian dish that have lot of proteins?

Goan fish curry
Ingredients: - 500 grams pomfret, 1 onion, 1 small tomato, 3 green chillies, ½ cup coconut milk, 8 red chillies, 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ½tablespoon minced ginger, ½ teaspoon garlic, chopped, ½ tablespoon tamarind paste, ½teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon oil and salt to taste.

How to prepare: - Clean the fish and cut. Finely chop the onion and tomato separately. Cut the green chillies and remove all seeds. Now rub a little salt and turmeric on the fish andkeep aside for a while. This will help in the battle against the stench of fish. Wash and drain the water completely. Take a blender and add the coriander seeds, turmeric powder,tamarind paste, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, red chillies into a fine paste. Now take a panand pour oil. Bring to heat and add the onion. When the onion is browned add the pastaand tomatoes. Sauté briefly and add the coconut milk and water as desired. Let it boil and then put in fish, green chillies and salt to taste. Now mix well and simmer for five or six minutes. Make sure that the fish should be cooked and still firm.
