Is vegan food for dog, healthy and safe?

Recently, my friends presented a dog to me as a pet. This is really special for me, however, I am quite concerned for it, as I am a vegetarian, and it is my first experience with a pet. I want to know if there is vegan food for dog available in market? Moreover, I want to confirm if feeding vegan food to dog, would anyways deprave it of nutrition at all. Is it healthy and safe for dogs? I would really appreciate if you guys can elaborate on vegan food for dog? Thanks.

Dogs are not designed to eat vegetarian food as their teeth and intestine are modified to eat non-veg food as you may be knowing. They need meat and bones to please their natural given body. Then you may notice that there are also vegetarian dog foods available in the market. The V-dog food is available online and you can buy for your dog. according to them the food helps to keep the teeth clean and fur nice and furry. You may also want to give them supplements available for them in the market.

The vegetarian food can give the dog all the energy it requires and for a healthy body too. There is no question of safety for your dogs if they have eaten vegetarian food. It's about if they will get all the nutrients and you may give them eggs to get all the nutrients. I believe you can fix almost all the issues. If you have doubts a veterinarian can help you and guide you. Anyway your dog will need a veterinarian. When you go visit his office ask him and clear all the doubts. I had a dog and my dog liked to eat vegetarian food, but he liked to snack on the bones. He was healthy and happy too so your dog will be happy too when it comes to vegetarian food.
