Which vegetables I can use in my summer salads recipes?

I am on dieting and my nutritionist has told me to eat as much salad as I can. I have never made any salad and don’t have any idea about it also I want to know which are the best vegetables that I can use in my summer salad recipe. I want to make the salad health and full of nutrition. So I want to know what are the vegetables that I can add to give my salad color, taste and nutrition. Do you think adding broccoli is a good option.

Hi

Tomato, cucumber, onion, fresh basil, broccoli, corn, beet, and green pepper are some of the vegetables which you can use in your salad. Cut all vegetables you want in your salad into small pieces or of any size you want. Take a bowl and add 1-2 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic (minced), 1/2 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and sugar. Now add all pieces of vegetables. Toss gently and cover it. Put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating. If you want to try broccoli salad then take one fresh broccoli and cut it into small pieces. Now take a bowl and add vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, raisins, and nuts. Add bacon which is cooked in skillet and crumbled. Add broccoli, onion, sliced almonds, and sugar. Cover and chill for some time. You can even mix parsley, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese, vinegar, onion, and sugar. Sprinkle some pepper on the salad. Add beet into your salad to make it healthier. It is good for increasing red blood cells in your blood. To make your salad more tasty, add pieces of fruits like banana, orange, mango, grapes, and red cherries.
