Following are some of the vegetarian cooking recipe for dinner:

As everybody requires proportionate amount of carbohydrate, proteins, etc., it is always to give them in a mixed fashion. As during breakfast time, everybody is in hurry, it is always to have them energetic dinner.
Above said items will hardly take maximum 30 minutes to prepare. Keep all the required groceries, vegetables, garnishing, etc., ready during weekends. As many frozen things in adressed forms are available, cleaning time will be less. Everybody especially ladies are always fond of roasted things including potato, peas and other colorful veggies. As a starter, different tasty roasted things will help them to get fond of food. Then give them with steamed rice or salads as their wish. They used to eat varieties as available outside. It is fun in preparing dinner together and eat as candle light dinner. Proportionate amount of carbohydrate comes from rice and wheat. Proteins from pulses, vitamins from fruits and vegetables, fat from dairy rich products. By keeping them in mind, prepare the food.
