Can somebody please provide me few vegetarian recipes for dinner?


My wife is coming back home from her official trip this weekend, and I want to prepare something special for her for dinner. I ain't a great cook, but I can cook decently well! Moreover, my wife is a staunch vegetarian, and it makes my task even more complex! Therefore, I would like to be helped with a few vegetarian recipes for dinner, which could be relished, by my wife and me. Can you guys please help? Thanks.

Vegetarian food is so tasty and yummy and you know it's not so difficult to make. Vegetarian food is healthy and you may start with a salad. Salad can include any seasonal leaves in your locality or may find leaves from the gourmet store.

Salad:

  1. 1/2 Head Lettuce
  2. 1 cup Bow Tie Pasta.
  3. 1/4 cup pitted olives
  4. Goat cheese 1 ounce or Mozzarella cheese balls
  5. Red and Yellow bell pepper.

Dressing:

  1. 1 tbs olive oil
  2. 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
  3. 1/4 tsp chopped garlic.

How to ?

  1. Wash your leaves in cold water to avoid dirt particles.
  2. Drain the leaves in a salad spinner or you may use a colander.
  3. Dice the red and yellow peppers to beautify and bring some vitamins to your plate.
  4. In your special bowl mix together bow tie pasta, peppers,olives and cheese balls.
  5. Then from your shelf get two gorgeous salad plates and bed the plate using salad leaves.
  6. Now is the time for you to bring to the plate a slightly hefty pasta mix.
  7. Make two portions of the pasta mix and place on your plates.
  8. Mix the dressing together and pour in two separate bowls.
  9. Drizzle the dressing only when it's time to eat.

Sandwich:

  1. 4 bread slices.
  2. 4 slices of tomatoes
  3. 4 slices of cucumbers.
  4. 2 slices provolone cheese.
  5. Avocado spread 4 tsps.

Setting:

  1. Get a slice of bread and arrange tow tomato slices on top of the bread, two cucumber pieces and 1 slice of provolone.
  2. Cover using the other slice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Get the upper slice and spread 2 tsps of avocado spread.
  4. Make another sandwich as per the given suggestions.

Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup skim Milk
  2. 1/2 cup strawberries
  1. In your blender make a smooth paste of the above ingredients.
  2. Pour the smoothie as you may now call in a mug.
  3. Add a dollop of ice-cream to your smoothie for a luxuriant care and it should be strawberry ice-cream.
