Kids require balanced nutrition of carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins for the growth of the body. Giving less amount of non-veg or else average non-veg per week will make baby more healthy. Their digestion is very less and hence avoid giving non-veg.
Kids are very fond of fried items involving potato, bread, honey etc. Milk is essential for the growth of kids. Hence, pay attention towards them as well. Please keep an eye at the expiry date, amount of ingredients for those frozen items. Avoiding ajino motto is good for everybody.
