The calorie content will be around 150-200 calories for a cup. You can reduce the calories by using non-fat milk and also not adding sugar or go for sugar free drops.
Strawberry Peach Soy Smoothie
Put all the ingredients and ice cubes in a blender and blend for a minute by pressing the pulse option. Then finish the blending by blending on high mode and enjoy your smoothie without bananas.
Spiced Carrot Smoothie
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well starting from low to high, do this for a minute or so until you get a rich creamy carrot smoothie. To add further taste season the smoothie with salt and cayenne pepper.
